The Flood Warning continues for the following river in Indiana...
White River at Elliston, Hazleton, and Petersburg.
.Recent rainfall has lead to minor flooding across the lower White
River. Minor flooding is expected to continue for the next few days.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...White River at Petersburg.
* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, County Road 250 West from State Road 56
floods and blocks the vehicle access to Dodge City. During the
March 2008 flood the river remained above this level from late
afternoon March 19 through April 9. As mid-March 2011 high water
was receding...SR 257 south of Washington reopened when Shoals was
at 10.5 feet and falling steadily for the past 2 days.

- At 12:30 PM EDT Friday /11:30 AM CDT Friday/ the stage was
20.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 12:30 PM EDT Friday /11:30 AM CDT Friday/ was 20.7
feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Tuesday afternoon and continue falling and remain below flood
stage.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
