The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM... At 314 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 14 nm east of Guana River State Park to 10 nm northeast of Saint Augustine Beach, moving east at 25 knots.
