A storm complex is expected to move through eastern Oklahoma and
northwest Arkansas tonight and Monday ahead of a cold front moving
into the region.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Benton, Carroll, Central and Southern Franklin, Madison, North and
Central Sebastian, Northern Crawford, Northern Franklin, Southern
Crawford, Southern Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma,
including the following counties, Adair, Central Le Flore, Central
and Southern Sequoyah, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Northern
Le Flore, Northern Sequoyah, Ottawa and Southern Le Flore.
* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rainfall of 1 to 3 inches and locally higher
around 4 inches are possible through Monday afternoon across
the watch area.
