The areas affected include... Coastal waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Tarpon Springs to Suwannee River FL out 20 NM... Tampa Bay waters... At 414 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Tampa Bay to near Clearwater Beach to 10 nm west of Ozello, moving southwest at 10 knots.
