- At 852 AM EDT, North Carolina Department of Transportation
reported deep standing water along portions of NC 12 from Oregon
Inlet to the Waves, Salvo, and Rodanthe areas. Water has been
reported to be up to the headlights of some vehicles. Between 4
and 7 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo and Hatteras Island Fishing Pier.
