At 559 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 nm northwest of Port Richey to near Indian Rocks Beach to near Egmont Key, moving west at 10 knots.
