* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Erie County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
* WHEN...Until 1030 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 712 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Erie, North East, Girard, Wattsburg, Northwest Harborcreek,
Harborcreek, Lawrence Park, Wesleyville, Lake City, Platea,
McKean, Northwest Harborcr and Avonia.
