Water may cover some roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 453 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy downpours remaining nearly stationary over portions of central and southern Pickens County. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen already early this morning. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
