Locally heavy rain to the tune of 1 to 1.5 inches has fallen over the last hour or two in some locations. While rainfall is beginning to exit the area, this could result in localized high water in the typical low-lying trouble areas over the next hour or so, with any high water receding thereafter. Do not drive your vehicle into areas where water covers the roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely.
