* WHERE...Portions of Atlantic coastal waters.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 PM EDT Friday. For the
Storm Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize
or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
