SUMMARY Responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers.

This position is responsible for delivering the overall customer experience and achieving customer retention and revenue expansion goals.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: * Position works with our Seafax team ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops strong relationships with existing customers and end users.

Leverage consistent communication to gain insight into the structure of each organization in portfolio.

Understands the Seafax product offerings and communicates features and benefits.

Effectively anticipate needs and changes within customer's business to increase retention and grow revenue.

Works with senior managers to strategically expand revenue opportunities.

Build and manage sales pipeline with adequate opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Provides exceptional customer service to all requests from portfolio customers and end users.

Proactively identifies any issues related to usage or customer satisfaction.

Ensures customer and user information including title and phone numbers are accurate.

Attains revenue and retention goals.

Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred Two (2) or more years Proven sales or relationship management experience SKILLS Success-orientated with a track record of achievement Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to build relationships Team player with excellent attention to detail Creative problem solver with customer-first attitude Strong phone presence Proficient with office software and phone systems #LI-REMOTE #LI-RF1
