Responsibilities Underwrite a variety of personal lines products including homeowners, auto, and umbrella insurance Analyze data, customer profiles, and risk factors to make sound underwriting decisions Collaborate with internal sales and external partners to balance profitability with top-tier client service Recommend appropriate coverage, exclusions, and pricing based on underwriting guidelines Communicate with producers and clients to clarify information and resolve underwriting issues

Qualifications &

Experience 3–5 years of experience in personal lines underwriting Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Strong analytical skills and keen risk assessment abilities Proficient in underwriting systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational capabilities
