Responsibilities Berkshire Hathaway GUARD is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our dynamic Accounting & Finance Team.

Key

Responsibilities Compile and analyze financial information to prepare reports, make general ledger entries and verify the accuracy of journal entries and resulting balances Analyze and prepare periodic account reconciliations and analytics demonstrating initiative in resolving reconcilement issues Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers Ensure compliance with key internal control procedures Identify, research, and resolve billing and processing issues in the central billing system with timely follow-up Reconcile receivable accounts on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred 2-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on accounts receivable

Experience reconciling receivable accounts on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency Insurance accounting knowledge is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Oracle Fusion financial applications is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 Please note the position will be filled at a level appropriate to the candidate's experience and qualifications.
