They are seeking a Senior Case Design Analyst to support the development and presentation of sophisticated insurance illustrations and benefit designs.

This is a strategic and collaborative role, perfect for someone who enjoys digging into the details, working across teams, and shaping impactful financial outcomes.

Key

Responsibilities Create and analyze advanced life insurance illustrations (Whole Life, IUL, VUL) using carrier-provided software.

Align illustrations with each client's financial objectives and corporate benefit goals.

Translate complex financial data into clear insights for advisors and stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to design customized solutions, including: Executive benefit plans Key-person insurance Buy-sell agreements Deferred compensation strategies Develop compelling client-facing presentations and proposals.

Coordinate with underwriting, service, and sales teams for smooth case implementation.

Contribute to firm-wide best practices in modeling, benefit design, and client service.

Qualifications &

Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).

Demonstrated experience in life insurance case design and illustration.

Familiarity with executive benefits strategies, SERPs, or corporate benefit design (a plus).

High proficiency in carrier illustration software and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.

Previous experience at a life insurance brokerage or executive benefits firm is highly desirable.

Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
