The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.


Description

Project Management Analyst will support our Organizational Change Management teamon the OneGL Delivery program. Great opportunity to learn changes to the financial closing process, define and support activities throughout the change journey to aid employees & stakeholders' successful adoption of the future state. Continuously build relationships with finance team members.

Note: This is a Hybrid opportunity with compensation dependent on candidates geographic location, overall experience, and skill level.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the OneGL workstreams to educate and document change impact assessments to be used as the catalyst in developing the training curriculum.
  • Support training development and maintenance.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and informal feedback gathering to assess stakeholders' level of change readiness, incorporating feedback in our plans.
  • Monitor change management progress and communicate risks and issues to Change Management Leads.
  • Assist in supporting the Change Agent Network to serve as an extension of the program that plays a key role is supporting key stakeholder groups.
  • With guidance from a Change Management Leads, supports the communication of and alignment to the product vision. May also contribute to the definition of the product vision.
  • Supports activities/tasks that will deliver the desired results and oversees day-to-day work and monitoring of progress towards goals.
  • Assists in conducting project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders within and beyond the project team.
  • Assists in performing project close-out steps to include identifying lessons learned/best practices to inform the success of future projects.
  • Applies continuous improvement methodologies throughout the project management life-cycle.
  • In addition to project management, may also perform some of the work defined in the project roles and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting, Change Management Processes, and Training processes is a plus.
  • Learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and embrace a culture of collaboration.
  • Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills; effective team building skills.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
  • Emerging team building skills.
  • Business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
  • Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in addition to 2+ years of relevant experience to include project management work.
