We're seeking a Commercial Claims Advocacy Professional to step into the role of Associate Claims Services Manager .

This position offers the chance to work directly with captive clients, ensuring successful claims outcomes through education, dispute resolution, and consultative support.

Key

Responsibilities Oversee claims services provided by third-party administrators (TPAs) and carrier partners.

Address and resolve client concerns related to claims handling practices.

Onboard new clients with claims administrators, including training on captive claims processes and tools.

Monitor claim service programs and ensure high-quality claims administration for each client.

Liaise between clients, brokers, and claims administrators on claim-related matters.

Support and educate clients on utilizing available tools, resources, and best practices to manage claims and control expenses.

Track large-value and sensitive claims, providing updates and guidance to clients.

What Makes You a Great Fit 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation and/or commercial lines claims handling.

Proven ability to provide claims service with an advocacy-focused mindset.

Experience in client-facing roles, both in-person and over the phone, related to commercial claims support.

Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
