Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

1What Is the Opportunity?
Accountable for providing leadership in driving development and implementation of overall strategy for an assigned channel of customer experience for Travelers a particular business line, or customer group. Develops and/or partners with communications to drive customer experience results within scope of accountabilities. Drive initiatives within area of responsibility to promote the brand, generate traffic, improve retention and loyalty and create customer excitement for Travelers products. Responsible for coordination and communication of customer experience initiatives, activities and ideas with other customer experience group leaders for particular customer groups and business units. Direct and prioritize resources to maximize impact and efforts of Customer Experience strategy and initiatives and achieve ROI targets. Manages others.What Will You Do?
