Qualifications
Education: Pursuing an Associates Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or other relevant fields preferred.
Candidates with strong technical skills and business process experience are encouraged to apply.
Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Core Skills: Problem-solving mindsetability to analyze business challenges and develop automated solutions.
Technical aptitudeexperience with SharePoint, Excel (advanced functions), Power Automate, SQL, or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
Self-startersomeone who takes initiative, collaborates effectively, and drives projects forward.
Strong communication skillsability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
IT Business Analyst Apprentice
Responsibilities: As an IT Business Analyst, youll play a key role in supporting legal technology initiatives and driving process improvements.
Youll: Gather and document business and operational requirements for technology solutions within the legal department.
Identify and implement automation solutions using SharePoint workflows, Power Automate, and other business process tools.
Collaborate with legal teams to assess technology needs and enhance systems like TeamConnect.
Analyze and optimize existing legal processes through data-driven insights.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
Business Insights Analyst Apprentice As a Business Insights Analyst Apprentice, youll play a key role in compiling, organizing, and analyzing data to drive informed business decisions.
Youll: Compile, clean, and analyze moderately complex data to understand business results.
Make business insights derived from data analytics accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
Communicate and present project information to teams and provide updates to management.
Monitor and evaluate business initiatives against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations.
Provide technical expertise and support data-driven decision-making within the Law & Regulation department Compensation: As an Apprentice, you will work part-time, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate between $18 - 25/hr.
