As a CEO Stakeholder Relations Intern, youll help craft impactful messaging, support high-profile events, and contribute to strategies that strengthen Allstates reputation and culture.

Team: CEO Stakeholder Relations | Location: [Chicago, IL /Hybrid] | Internship Type: Paid | Duration: 2026 Summer Internship What Youll Do Support Executive Communications : Help develop briefing materials and messaging for CEO engagements across internal and external audiences.

Plan & Execute Events : Assist in organizing virtual and in-person CEO events, ensuring smooth logistics and meaningful experiences.

Draft Strategic Content : Create communications of moderate complexity that reflect the CEOs voice and Allstates values.

Build Relationships : Collaborate across teams and serve as a liaison between departments to support cross-functional initiatives.

Champion Culture & Change : Contribute to communication strategies that promote an inclusive, purpose-driven culture.

Protect Reputation : Understand reputational impact and help shape messaging that builds trust and credibility.

Who You Are Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Project Management, or a related field.

Strong communicator with excellent writing, organization, and multitasking skills.

Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

Poised, mature, and able to build rapport across teams and stakeholders.

Open-minded and adaptable in times of change and ambiguity.

Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; experience in PR, communications, or analytics is a plus.
