Claims Adjuster - Auto Warranty

Insurance Placement Solutions has an immediate opening for an Auto Warranty Claims Adjuster with our client. As a member of our client's claims team, utilize your knowledge of auto warranty to independently investigate, evaluate, and resolve assigned claims in order to achieve appropriate outcomes. In this position, you will administer and resolve claims in a timely manner in accordance with legal statutes, policy provisions, and company guidelines.

Auto Warranty Claims Adjuster Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for new auto warranty claims, handling inquiries and gathering necessary information from claimants.
• Conduct thorough investigations to validate and identify warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Handle incoming calls related to warranty claims, providing assistance and guidance to claimants as needed.
• Assess claims based on parts and materials, determining appropriate payouts in accordance with company guidelines and warranty coverage.
• Coordinate with other departments or external parties as necessary to facilitate the claims process effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of claims to claimants, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to state statutes, client's claims handling protocols, and industry best practices in all file management tasks.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience handling first notice of loss, total loss, fast track, auto property damage, or auto warranty claims
• Previous experience handling auto warranty claims

Education:

• A High school diploma or equivalent
