A well-established wholesale brokerage and Managing General Agency (MGA) in Northern New Jersey is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead its claims department.

This role has opened due to an upcoming retirement, offering a unique opportunity to step into a stable organization with a strong industry reputation.

This is a high-visibility leadership role where you'll oversee day-to-day claims operations, lead and mentor staff, handle high-exposure files, and serve as a strategic liaison between the claims team and executive leadership.
