Summary: The Claims Training Specialist I is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that support departmental goals and enhance employee skills.

This role focuses on creating engaging and effective learning content, managing the Learning Management System, and providing hands-on and virtual training sessions.

The Specialist will ensure training materials are up to date with current processes and aligned with organizational objectives, supporting overall operational excellence and employee development.

Essential Functions: Develop high-quality training materials, including online courses using a Learning Management System for various roles across departments.

Record and revise audio for new and existing training courses.

Regularly maintain and update courses in the Learning Management System.

Manage Learning Management System user accounts, including adding users and deploying training assignments.

Collaborate with various departments to support onboarding efforts.

Provide hands-on and/or follow-up training, both in-person and virtually, to complement online training courses.

Monitor trainee progress and follow up with management and trainees to ensure completion and comprehension.

Troubleshoot issues encountered by trainees with the Learning Management System platform.

Attend departmental meetings to stay informed on process changes and trends, ensuring training materials are current and relevant.

Create and deliver training presentations during group and departmental meetings, both in-person and virtually.

Facilitate continuing education credit training sessions.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance training processes and workflows.

Capable of managing increased training demands in response to staffing needs during a Catastrophe (CAT) event.

Assist the Management Team with additional tasks and projects as needed. #LI-Remote
