SUMMARY Acts as an agent of the broker assigned accounts for Private Client Services, including servicing and/or solicitation activities.
Manages the book of business and directs the work of a service team.
Required to be in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and develop new business leads from Producers or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities; Responsible for renewal business and soliciting additional lines of coverage; Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolio to implement cross-selling opportunities and solicitation of additional lines of coverage; Service account and provide claims support as needed; Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and developing proper marketing strategies; Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals and presentations; Bind coverage, identify deficiencies, and determine the appropriate level of coverage; Meet with clients as needed or as directed by Producer; Review accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections; Serve as a technical expert, assist department members in resolving complex issues; Handle collection of fees, reconciling and resolving any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing; Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information); Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Eight (8) or more years of related work experience in Private Client/HNW/UHNW insurance required Valid insurance license Must continue to meet Continuing
