Client Services Account Manager – Allied Health Location: Remote Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 base + incentive compensation Industry: Insurance | Allied Health | Client Services About the Role Our client is a rapidly growing provider of specialty insurance programs, delivering customized risk solutions to thousands of companies nationwide.

With a strong commitment to tailored coverage and white-glove customer service, they are expanding their team with an experienced Account Manager to support and grow their Allied Health business accounts.

As a key client-facing role, the Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its Allied Health clients, focusing on retention, account expansion, and delivering strategic insurance solutions across multiple lines of coverage.

Key

Responsibilities Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of Allied Health business accounts, ensuring top-tier service and responsiveness.

Conduct regular account reviews to identify insurance gaps and recommend tailored solutions.

Drive cross-sell and upsell strategies to expand accounts into additional lines of coverage.

Act as the central point of contact, ensuring clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with underwriters, sales, and operations to implement account strategies and deliver a seamless client experience.

Maintain detailed records, renewal schedules, and action plans for each account.

Qualifications &

Experience 2–4+ years of experience in insurance account management, underwriting, or sales—preferably in healthcare liability or professional services.

Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages for small to mid-sized businesses.

Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver measurable account growth.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
