
Euler Hermes North American Insurance Company (d/b/a Allianz Trade) has an opening for a full-time, hybrid Commercial Controlling Data Specialist (Americas) role at our office in Baltimore, MD.
Duties: Maintain controlling system data processes to report and analyze productivity to support profitable and sustainable growth for Controlling teams.
Extract, evaluate, and validate data from commercial systems relevant to business operations.
Design, create, and maintain local commercial controlling databases.
Collaborate with the Compass Team and the Data Hub to resolve data abnormalities in commercial data reporting.
Ensure commercial controlling data reporting adheres to Allianz Group reporting guidelines.
Continuously track and measure productivity and performance of the Americas region commercial portfolio, analyze results, and report findings to Regional sales teams.
Present insights from controlling data reports and provide recommendations to regional leadership to improve commercial/sales operations.
Telecommuting permitted up to three (3) days per week from within normal commuting distance of the Owing Mills, MD office.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Operations Research, or a related business analytical field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in commercial controlling.
Prior experience must include five (5) years in/with: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to create, review, and compare controlling reports, analyze commercial data, and develop business presentations; working with management information systems like Pluriform and Smartview; integrating databases and business intelligence reporting into commercial reporting systems; developing standardized reports and key performance indicators (KPIs); agile methodologies; data extract, transform and load (ETL) processes to aggregate, validate, analyze, and report of large sums of commercial data; partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in an enterprise environment.
