Commercial Lines Account Manager (Remote for Florida Residents) $70,000–$85,000 base + bonuses + full benefits About the Opportunity A century-strong Florida agency is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a high-performing team.

This role manages a mid-to-large commercial book (roughly $500K–$700K in premium across about 100 accounts) made up primarily of condo associations and commercial property clients.

This position can be remote for candidates who live in Florida.

However, all new hires must complete the first four weeks of on-site training at either the Delray Beach or Palm Beach Gardens office.

You will work with a dedicated marketing team and technical account assistants who support placement, documentation, and renewals, so you can focus on what you do best: client relationships, coverage strategy, and retention.

What You'll Do Take full ownership of your book, managing renewals, marketing, and client service from start to finish.

Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Partner closely with producers, marketing, and technical assistants to ensure renewals and new placements are handled accurately and on time.

Identify opportunities for account rounding, cross-selling, and coverage enhancements.

Coordinate policy changes, review coverages, and ensure all documentation is handled in accordance with agency standards.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve claims and service issues promptly.

Maintain accurate client information and activity in EPIC.

What You Bring At least 5 years of commercial lines account management experience.

Strong knowledge of P&C coverages, especially in condo and commercial property accounts.

Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License.

Experience with EPIC (preferred).

A client-first mindset with solid communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
