Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: The Woodlands, TX Salary: $60,000 to $85,000 + Commission & Bonuses Looking for a place where your work truly matters, and your ideas help shape the future? Responsibilities: Manage and service a diverse book of small to middle-market commercial insurance accounts across multiple industries Handle daily account management tasks such as quoting, marketing, binding, renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance Build strong client relationships by delivering outstanding service and insurance advice tailored to each business's needs Identify cross-selling opportunities and assist producers with new business development Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate coverage and pricing Maintain accurate client records using an agency management system (Applied Epic experience is a plus)

Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or as a commercial lines account executive Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including general liability, workers compensation, business owners policies (BOP), commercial property, and commercial auto Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with insurance software systems; Applied Epic is a plus Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license required Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 depending on experience 30% commission on any new business or cross-sold accounts you generate Performance-based bonuses 100% employer-paid medical insurance for employees 401(k) plan with 3% employer match Supportive and flexible work environment that values its team members and encourages professional development If you are looking for a long-term career with a growing agency that values your contributions and supports your growth, this is the opportunity for you.
