
The Compliance Analyst / Senior Analyst will be focused on supporting the Company's Complaint and Regulatory Response Team and will be a member of a broader Compliance team focused on Financial Crimes risks.
He/She will be responsible for maintaining a Complaint / Regulatory Inquiry workload along with supporting other priorities in the broader Financial Crimes Unit.
He/She will have the ability to identify, research and resolve routine issues with guidance from senior positions.
He/She will be competent in specific aspects of assigned area of compliance.
This role supports compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and related company policies for area assigned.
He/She will also be included in trend analysis, and identification of trends that need communication to other areas as needed.
He/She will also support direct regulatory requests, market conduct exams and internal audit requests.
The role involves collaborating with many parts of the Organization including Legal, Ethics & Compliance, IT, Distribution, New Business, Underwriting, Inforce Operations and Claims, among other cross-functional teams.
What you do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Engage and contribute to compliance programs within a discipline under direct supervision; Meet and adhere to compliance-related metrics/measures within a discipline; Develops basic industry knowledge through various learning opportunities; Identifies, researches, and resolves routine issues with guidance; Maintain a complaint workload in compliance with established SLA's, policies, and procedures; Deliver quality complaint responses to customers and regulators, on behalf of the Company; May be required to support other Financial Crimes Unit functions in the future, as needed; What you bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; 2-3 years of experience in required; Compliance related experience; Demonstrate integrity and commitment to values; Good verbal and written communications skills, in particular, ability to communicate complex information to policyowners and regulatory bodies; Ability to understand and solve problems and review cases in a fast paced, time sensitive environment; Analytical judgment, critical thinking, and research skills; Strong attention to detail; Strong time management and prioritization skills; Display sense of ownership in relation to attitude and actions, assignments, and event outcomes; Ability to foster relationships, networking skills within the Company; Adaptable to change, flexible and open-minded; Team player; desire to work in a diverse team.
Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

Range $47,000 - $114,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
