Description At Liberty, our Personal Lines Property & Specialty Product team partners across the company to design and launch home and specialty insurance solutions from homeowners (property) and condos to renters and other niche lines (specialty) that meet evolving customer and agent needs.

We are looking foran experiencedpropertycontract professionalto join theProductand Specialty Contractteam.Theroleof the contractteamisto fulfill Liberty Mutuals promise through theanalysis anddevelopment of contract language and customer notices.
You willbe responsible forowning,maintaining,anddrafting forms and contractsfor countrywide or state projects across the property and specialty lines of business. **This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.
The l evel of position offered will be based on skills and experience at manager discretion. ** In this role you will : Managemultipleproperty and specialtyproduct form and contractinitiativeswith a focus on developingstate orcountrywide franchise policy language andassistinga team of contract analysts with developing contract language.
Analyze information fromvarious resources to develop recommendations.Independently driverevisionswith afocus on qualityandcustomer centricity.
Own communication of changes toimpactedstakeholders.
Research and answerinquiries related to coverages, forms,and contracts from the organization and provide recommendations.
Responsibilities: Conducts moderate to high complexity analysis of state and countrywide property and specialty forms Conducts competitive intelligence and understands market trends for a product line Monitors and interprets developments.
Serves as ad hoc resource for less experienced analysts.
Occasionally mentors others as requested Monitorregulatory and competitor forms changes byevaluatingimpactstoexisting products.
CollaboratewiththeProduct Filingsteam on achievingapproval of filingsfrom regulatory authorities.
Take a proactive role inidentifyingand leadingprocess improvement initiatives.
Promote cross-departmental collaborationin order tomeet business goals.
Innovate and collaboratewith other teams todesign anddeveloplanguage forcomplexnew products and product updates.
Mentor and developless tenured contract analysts by helping them work through complex policy language, DOIobjectionsand peer reviews.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field.
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, typically 4 years.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
