Responsibilities Key Risk is looking for an experienced financial professional who will provide leadership and management of the financial reporting, planning and analysis for a growing workers compensation monoline insurance company.

This position will assist the management team with, profitability analysis, short- and long-term forecasting, executing on innovation initiatives and other special projects.

Key Functions will include but not be limited to: Direct management of corporate GAAP & Statutory and internal management reporting Analyze operating results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Oversee daily operations of the Finance department performing transactional accounting consisting of billing and cash receipts processes and reinsurance accounting Monitors expenses and suggest productivity improvements and/or expense saving initiatives Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements Work with department managers to develop the annual budget and plan Develop forecasting models to assist Senior Leadership with business decision support Direct financial and SOX audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements Perform financial analysis of insureds to assess credit risk when requested

Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Finance) or equivalent CPA certification preferred 15+ years' accounting experience, insurance industry 7+ years management experience Microsoft Office (particularly MS-Excel, Power BI, Power Automate)

Experience with PeopleSoft general ledger and Hyperion reporting preferred
