Responsibilities Are you a seasoned financial leader with a passion for innovation and precision? We're looking for a Controller to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

As Controller, you'll bring your insurance accounting expertise and strategic mindset to oversee all financial operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial statements.

You'll work closely with executive leadership, contribute to strategic planning, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and insight across the company.

What You'll Do: Lead the preparation and analysis of GAAP and Statutory financial statements Manage the General Ledger and ERP systems, ensuring timely monthly and quarterly closes Aggregate and analyze data from multiple systems to deliver actionable insights Present financial results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit processes Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting Mentor and develop a talented finance team Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our parent company on strategic initiatives

Qualifications What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CPCU a plus) 10+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 5+ years in leadership Deep knowledge of insurance industry accounting and general ledger operations

Experience with ERP systems and financial technologies (e.g., Essbase, OBIEE, VENA, PeopleSoft, PowerBI) Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights Excellent communication and executive presentation skills A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Why Join Us?
