This hybrid role offers hands-on exposure to civil litigation, a strong mentorship culture, and the chance to work closely with attorneys on meaningful casework.

Key

Responsibilities Legal Documentation: Generate and manage pleadings, motions, subpoenas, deposition notices, and other legal correspondence in the case management system.

Case Coordination: Support attorneys through the full lifecycle of a casefrom intake and assignments to file closureincluding scheduling, tracking deadlines, and sending notices.

Scheduling & Calendar Management: Actively schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, and ensure all related notices and key dates are accurately tracked and entered into the calendar system.

Data Entry & E-Filing: Upload documents, handle e-filing across various court systems, and maintain file accuracy using Team Connect.

Administrative Operations: Process incoming physical and electronic mail, scan and upload documents, and maintain organized file systems.

Client & Court Liaison: Communicate with clients, courts, claim representatives, and opposing counsel via phone, email, and written correspondence.

Team Collaboration: Partner with attorneys and claims partners to support ongoing litigation needs and contribute to a positive team environment.

Minimum

Qualifications Administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting preferred; legal support experience is a plus but not required.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable with technology and open to learning new legal systems and tools (Microsoft Office proficiency required).

Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Supervisory

Responsibilities This role does not include supervisory duties.

Education &
