This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

In this role, you will provide first-class customer service over the phone or via email to our insureds.

Responsibilities include leveraging your administrative and problem-solving abilities to process payments, answer billing inquiries and reinforce Great West's value to drive renewals and direct billing, and deliver upon the promise of our company standard: "The Difference is Service." Hours for this shift will be: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
