Asa DirectorIIwithin our Strategic Partnership Group(SPG),you will manage and growone of our largestpartnerships anaccount essential to our omni-channel distribution strategy.SPG is a vital growth engine that driveshigh-quality personal and smallcommercialleadsto our Direct channel through thousands of affinity partnerships and strategic third-party appointments.

By fueling Libertys omni-channel distribution, SPG generates meaningful premium and competitive advantagesthrough innovation and business developmentexpertise.

In this roleyou willserve as a primarycontactforthepartnerssales,serviceand tech managementteams for personal lines,operatingindependentlywithlimiteddirection.

You willleverageyour stronginfluencing,communication, analytical, and collaborative skills to champion operational excellence and business development.You willalsowork cross-functionally withinternalteams in Underwriting, Product, Claims, Technology and more, to address business challenges,lead tech modernization prioritization,implement new products, andoptimizeagency performance.And oftenyou willserve as the dedicated bridge betweenUSRMsbest interests andwhat it takes to win now, delicately managing this balance to ensure amutually beneficial outcome.This role is critical in ensuring overall growth,profitabilityand retention of theAgencypartnership.

Key

Responsibilities: Manage and GrowB2B2C: Independently managea keystrategic relationship, driving new business, profitability, and retention.

Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections across organizational levels from frontline agents to senior leaders adapting your communication to diversecross-functionalaudiences.

Champion Collaboration: Foster teamwork internally and externally, influencing and advocating for both Liberty Mutual andthe Partnerto achieve shared goals.

Analytical Problem Solving: Conduct analyses and drive data-driven decisionsfrom reporting; experience withPowerBIisrequired.Proven ability toproactivelyidentifytrendsand implement solutionsthrough compelling storytelling.

Team Leadership: Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team of Relationship Managers, Analysts, & Product Ownerstooptimizeprocesses, troubleshoot issues, andmaintainalignment.

Product Expertise: Havethe aptitude to quickly learnLibertys personal linesproducts and systems, as wellasthe custom Partnerssales integration.

Balance Win Now andVision :Anticipatetrends and effectively prioritize tradeoff decisions with scarce resourceswhile setting a clear direction for future needs.

WhatWeareLooking For : Proven experience managing complex, high-volume partner or client relationships in insurance or related industries Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and solve problems creatively and decisively Excellentinterpersonalcommunication skills with the ability to adapt style for diverse audiences Analytical skills and comfort working with data; experience usingPowerBIor similar tools isrequired Familiarity with insurance call center operations, agency workflows, and P&L management is highly desirable Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving business results through cross-functional teamwork

Qualifications Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience required Advanced degree such as MBA and/or CPCU certification preferred Demonstrated ability to exercise advanced negotiation skills and resolve complex business issues with internal and external parties Advanced knowledge of marketing practices and insurance products as demonstrated through the ability to present products and recommend marketing initiatives to clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills About Us Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
