As the Director of Risk Control, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to minimize potential losses and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
This role plays a critical part in reducing financial and operational risks associated with workplace injuries, ensuring the safety of both clients and employees.
Key
Responsibilities Develop and implement programs designed to reduce workplace injuries and accidents.
Create safety training materials and conduct workshops to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential workplace risks, analyze injury trends, and evaluate existing safety protocols.
Work closely with clients to tailor risk management strategies to their specific needs.
Ensure clients comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding workplace safety and workers' compensation.
Skills &
Experience Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, business administration, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of workers' compensation risk management experience at an insurance carrier.
Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation preferred.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles and insurance products.
Expertise in Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability.
