Director of Sales- Med Legal - Remote

Elevate is recruiting a  Sales Director  to contribute to our continued success and help drive long-term, profitable growth.

We're seeking a dynamic and result-driven individual to join our Med Legal Sales Team.

Elevate Med Legal provides medical bill review and audits to determine reasonable value, medical records analysis, life care planning, vocational rehab, and comprehensive claims review all to assist organizations in improving outcomes, accelerating settlements, and lowering costs on bodily injury cases.

As Director, you will serve in an individual contributor capacity, focused on selling Elevate's Med Legal solutions.

Join our team as we continue our accelerated growth and expansion.  Specifically, the Sales Director will Achieve quarterly and annual quotas as set forth by management.

Maximize sales productivity through consistent use of defined sales processes.

Drive revenue growth by identifying net new, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across territory.  Develop effective relationships with law firms, insurance companies, and enterprise organizations to drive additional revenue.

Continuously gain knowledge and demonstrate competency.

Support a cohesive and comprehensive approach to serving key accounts that promotes retention and growth; working in close collaboration with Elevated

Experience and Production teams.

Manage marketing campaigns within your assigned territory.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valued insights and recommendations to customers.   Develop and implement strategic account plans that deliver on customer objectives and Elevate strategies.

Track and report on key account, performance, and sales metrics.

Experience 5+ years of legal sales experience and demonstrable success growing high-profile accounts and consistently exceeding established performance targets.  Understanding the legal market, with both law department and law firm experience.

Experience selling into property and casualty related to law firms preferred.

Skills for Success Strong interpersonal skills.  Have a personal track record of success selling into law firms and/or P&C insurance companies.  Have deep experience and a personal network within the legal industry; and demonstrated expertise within the litigation and discovery space.

Have a proven ability to consistently achieve established revenue, bookings, and pipeline targets through cold calling and networking efforts to build a new set of customers for our Med Legal offerings.

Understand the legal services industry and challenges common to law departments and law firms.  Proven ability to manage sales cycles to close.

Proven ability to build trust and credibility with new and existing customers.

Proven healthy collaboration with other team members and with other departments.

Attention to detail.  Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.  Positive and enthusiastic.   Technical Skills Excellent MS Office skills - capable of preparing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel files without support.

Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other relevant systems/tools.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.

Law degree highly desirable.

Compensation The compensation for this remote-based role has a year-one on target earning range of $175,000-225,000 (base + commission).
