Responsibilities We're seeking a relationship builder and strategic partnership creator who can help grow Berkley's brand with retail agents.

Located in Scottsdale, AZ, West Chester, OH or Glen Allen, VA this role will lead the distribution efforts for Berkley Marketplace, an innovative internal wholesaler which makes the coverage capabilities of certain Berkley Business Units (BUs) available to Berkley Aspire agents.

Berkley Marketplace's brokers market risks/opportunities to the Berkley BUs represented in the Berkley Marketplace.

Responsibilities Collaborate with the Berkley Marketplace leadership and brokers and Aspire's marketing & communications team to execute growth plans Create and strengthen relationships with agreed upon Berkley Business Units Recommend new tactics, strategies, and communication campaigns for promoting the Berkley Marketplace Use tools and data to form engagement plan and prioritize relationships Provide actionable feedback, business intelligence (i.e., competitors, threats to the business, coverage gaps, rate trends, emerging markets, etc.), and voice of the customer insights Enlist Distribution and Underwriting teams at Aspire (and elsewhere) as ambassadors for the Berkley Marketplace

Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Industry experience: 7+ years in commercial insurance; deep understanding of excess & surplus lines insurance Strong business and financial acumen Looking for intellectually curious individuals who think creatively, connect dots, and are lifelong learners Goal driven.
