What you do: The Distribution Marketing Specialist supports the Allianz Center for the Future of Retirement.

The Center has been newly established to centralize thought leadership efforts and provide a collective voice to the market.

The Center's key objectives are to develop retirement insights through primary research and academic partnerships, develop meaningful thought leadership content and connect that content to target audiences through speaking opportunities, digital and live experiences.

You will report into the Head of Marketing, Employer Markets and will be responsible for supporting business strategies and objectives with exceptional marketing support.

Key

Responsibilities: This role will help develop thoughtful well-researched thought leadership materials related to key industry trends Collaborate with internal teams to identify research needs and design primary research initiatives to gather valuable data and insights Translate primary and secondary research into compelling and thought-provoking content that resonates with target audiences and establishes the company as a trusted industry leader Partner across the Marketing organization to create impactful and compliant marketing assets Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to ensure that thought leadership materials are timely and relevant Build effective working relationships with subject matter experts within the company, industry groups and academic partnerships Support events, webinars and podcasts prep and execution Continuously evaluate and improve thought leadership strategies and tactics based on performance metrics and feedback from stakeholders Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI) What you bring: 4-5 years of marketing experience required including experience in financial services or related field Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and short timelines Curiosity about the customers and families we serve and a commitment to use those insights to improve the marketing content and journeys Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, including creative thinking and generating research ideas, with the capability to develop compelling content Previous experience writing and producing content for multiple formats (White papers, blogs, podcast scripts, etc.) A sense of humor and flexibility, or a willingness to fill gaps as they emerge Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e.

Excel & PowerPoint) You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g.

H1-B, L-1, TN, etc).

If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship .

Base Salary Range $66,000-156,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
