Employee Resource Group (ERG) Professional - Westfield Center, OH (44251)

The Diversity and Inclusion Professional, under general supervision, manages programs and initiatives with a primary focus on the operations of Employee Resource Groups (ERG), to support an inclusive workplace culture.

The role works closely with employees, leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure that programming and initiatives are planned thoughtfully and in compliance with all regulations and company policies and practices.

They work to enhance inclusive practices across all levels of the organization, promoting diversity and inclusion, and help create a more equitable and supportive work environment.
