Job Description The Enterprise Portfolio Management Expert role is responsible for delivering a key HR Product Portfolio in partnership with key HR and technology partners.

The ideal candidate will use strong business and technical knowledge along with deep leadership skills to deliver a key HR portfolio of projects.

They will do this by owning initiative intake, quarterly planning, prioritization and delivery through status reporting, issue escalation and go to market activities.

Additionally, the Portfolio Manager will manage key initiatives end to end and manage the performance and results of the portfolio including ensuring key HR and team OKRs are incorporated into the portfolio as well.

Key

Responsibilities Define and manage the full portfolio for their respective product suites including publishing and owning roadmaps of planned initiatives and go to market activities.

Lead quarterly planning exercises to ensure planned work is defined and ready to begin.

Leads and assists intake activities for new strategic initiatives, including cost benefit and/or resource analysis for identified project and/or programs.

Accountable for 1-N prioritization across the Portfolio as an input to the HR -wide prioritization.

Ensures all projects in the p ortfolio are proceeding according to plans and timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters; negotiates changes in project resources, scope, and prioritization as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines.

Oversight and POC for go to market activities for outcomes without an assigned PM .

Act as the first escalation point for issues/blockers on active epics.

Develops relationships of trust with all key stakeholders; partners effectively within AOR and with other AORs , business units and engineering partners to deliver results .

Provides input on staffing needs, talent development, performance management, and succession planning for their portfolio to both senior leadership team and mid-level managers .

Education 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience 10 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory

Responsibilities This job does not have direct supervisory duties.

Functional Skills Skilled in using data and analytics to inform prioritization, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Strong capability in managing large, cross-functional HR and technology portfolios from intake through delivery.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Agile Portfolio Management Skilled in using data and analytics to inform prioritization, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Skills in organizational change management and preparing HR and business teams for adoption of new tools, processes, or programs.
