As a Health Benefits Account Manager , you'll be the primary point of contact for a high-value, multi-state client.
You'll oversee the full lifecycle of client engagement—from retention strategies and sales to renewals and contract negotiations.

Key
Responsibilities Serve as the single point of contact for a key multi-location client, delivering exceptional service and support.
Develop and execute retention and growth strategies tailored to client needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage renewals, sales processes, and RFRs for complex accounts.
Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for increased membership and long-term retention.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, consultants, and stakeholders.
Contribute to broader business initiatives through project support and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications &
Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service in health plan or insurance settings. 3+ years specifically focused on group health benefits sales, account management, or implementation.
Comfortable analyzing data and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; skilled in creating impactful presentations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
