In this position, you will have broad exposure to several Human Resources areas, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and more.

Your work will involve providing administrative support to these areas, which requires a high level of confidentiality and adaptability.

As you learn the processes of the office, you will also have the opportunity to provide recommendations and updates to our procedures.

Location: South Sioux City, Nebraska.

Responsibilities: *Conduct initial onboarding for all newly hired employees. *Ensure HR compliance by conducting weekly, quarterly, and annual audit. *Maintain employee records in appropriate HRIS systems and databases. *Perform timekeeping duties for assigned personnel. *Assist with employee relocation to ease transition. *Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment *Maintain our company intranet to ensure employees are kept informed and up-to-date *Create and run reports for managers as needed. *Create and maintain all department procedures.

Qualifications: *College degree or three years of previous work experience in an office environment. *HR experience and working knowledge of an HRIS system is a plus, but not required. *High level of written and verbal communication skills. *Computer proficiency, specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite. *The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments.
