Responsibilities • Launch and manage your independent insurance agency • Develop and grow a client base through sales and community engagement • Provide consultative insurance solutions across multiple lines • Recruit and lead a small team as your agency expands • Maintain compliance and carrier relationships • Deliver exceptional customer service Requirements • 1–3+ years of sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred) • Arizona insurance license or ability to obtain prior to start • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-discipline • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Residency in Arizona or willingness to relocate Preferred
Qualifications •
