Insurance Safety Consultants (ISC) is actively seeking independent Construction Loss Control Consultants in Southern California.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess a minimum of five years of substantial experience in insurance loss control consulting for construction accounts.

Preferred candidates should have a minimum of 5 years prior insurance carrier construction loss control experience.    Requirements Successful candidates will have proven ability to evaluate risk associated with general liability, completed operations, workers' compensation, and commercial auto liability specifically associated with construction accounts.

Skilled at analyzing loss trends and determining service needs.

Familiarity with the various standards, codes, and regulations that apply.

You will be responsible for preparing thorough narrative reports of your assessments and formulating actionable recommendations for risk mitigation.

Ability to complete reports in Word based formats.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Strong organizational, time management, communication, and writing skills.   In addition to above requirements, preferred candidates would also have one, or more of the following: CHST OHST CSP ASP Authorized Outreach Trainer – OSHA 500   The role of the Loss Control Consultant offers a competitive hourly independent contractor pay rate with regular payment periods (the 1st and 15th of each month).

Extensive prior experience in insurance loss control is preferred.  Interested in working from home? This employer is open to candidates who want to work remote.
