Position

Summary: The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for sales development efforts to assigned agencies.

The ISR will provide training and support to agencies on use of WRM systems, tools, and resources to develop sales of WRM products.

This position will support agencies in multiple markets and various states and may require non-standard hours.

Essential Functions: Work with assigned agents by proactively providing support and training to facilitate sales of WRM insurance products.

Assist with sales campaigns as assigned Provide concierge service for new business issues to specific high-performance agencies Contact agencies when new market opportunities arise to increase quoting activity and applications Complete quote data for agents to facilitate the move of books of business Support the Sales Development Managers (SDM) with their agents as requested May be asked to support the CAT response efforts in the event of a storm Other duties and projects as assigned
