As a Cybersecurity Engineer , you'll play a mission-critical role in safeguarding enterprise infrastructure and data across hybrid environments—spanning on-premises systems and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
You'll be the architect and frontline defender of our cybersecurity framework, working closely with infrastructure, compliance, and IT teams to implement, monitor, and enhance robust enterprise-wide security controls.
Key
Responsibilities Design and implement security architecture across servers, networks, storage, endpoints, and cloud environments Manage and evolve Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, policy enforcement, and risk mitigation efforts Address security alerts and escalations from MDR (Managed Detection and Response) providers Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory frameworks Evaluate, recommend, and deploy advanced security tools and technologies Collaborate with IT and compliance teams on vulnerability assessments and audits
Qualifications &
Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Microsoft enterprise environments , with in-depth knowledge of: Microsoft Azure Active Directory & M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Intune) Windows Server & OS DNS, SSL, and virtualization technologies 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Security Engineer , SOC Engineer , or equivalent Proven expertise in designing and deploying secure hybrid infrastructures Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset toward threat mitigation and compliance Benefits Competitive compensation ($180,000–$200,000) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) Short-term and long-term disability Life and long-term care insurance Paid parental leave and generous PTO package
