As a Lead Software Engineer , you will serve as both a hands-on technical expert and a team leader, guiding a full-stack engineering team through strategic application development and digital transformation initiatives.

This is a key leadership position that blends architecture, implementation, and collaboration with business and technology leaders to create scalable, low-code/no-code application solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.

Key

Responsibilities Collaborate with business unit heads to define and implement innovative software solutions Lead end-to-end architecture and development of custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps Design and deploy scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly low-code/no-code solutions Supervise and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers Partner with enterprise architects and infrastructure engineers to deliver secure, integrated software platforms Manage and coordinate external development teams and vendors (onshore, nearshore, and offshore)

Qualifications &
