Large Loss Business Development Account Executive – Restoration & Recovery Location: Remote (Western U.S. preferred) Compensation: $180,000 to $220,000 base + Commission (Uncapped Earning Potential) About the Role From high-rise fires to regional flood zones, this family-founded, fast-growing disaster restoration company brings unmatched expertise and precision to large commercial losses across the U.S.

We're looking for a seasoned Executive General Adjuster (EGA) or senior commercial property claims professional ready to transition from managing claims to owning client relationships and driving major wins.

Responsibilities Drive and close $500K+ commercial restoration and mitigation projects Leverage your network of adjusters, brokers, risk managers, and consultants to generate business Be the go-to strategic advisor during large loss events—from triage to final resolution Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and on-site with clients Hit and exceed aggressive sales targets in the Large Loss and CAT Response space What Makes You a Great Fit Former Executive General Adjuster or senior leader in large-loss commercial property claims Deep knowledge of the claims lifecycle—including triage, estimating, scope review, and negotiation Trusted relationships within the insurance ecosystem Competitive mindset with a track record of closing big deals Strong communication, client management, and consultative selling skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $180,000 to $220,000 Uncapped commission on closed business Competitive benefits package Supportive and high-performance culture Full remote flexibility for Western U.S. candidates Interested in working from home?
