In this executive-adjacent role, you will guide the pricing and reserving strategy for a diversified portfolio across personal and commercial lines .

Working cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, finance, and product development , you'll help elevate pricing sophistication and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end actuarial pricing and loss reserving initiatives across personal and commercial P&C lines.
Develop and refine rate indications using predictive modeling, trend analysis, and competitive research.
Apply deep data analytics to support rate adequacy , profitability, retention, and market positioning.
Research industry benchmarks and competitor filings to identify innovative pricing tactics.
Oversee and refine reserving methods; monitor actual vs. expected losses and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate on regulatory filings, compliance audits, and interdepartmental risk analysis.
Mentor and develop a team of Actuarial Analysts , fostering technical growth and business alignment.
Required
Experience ACAS or FCAS designation.
Minimum 5 years of actuarial experience— personal lines required , commercial lines a plus.
Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, loss reserving, and predictive analytics .
Proven leadership experience in mentoring or managing actuarial teams .
Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex analytics into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Business-forward mindset with a passion for innovation and data-driven decision making .
