Overview: The PEO Payroll Coordinator performs a variety of payroll processing for various sized businesses while also supporting sales and client retention through their excellent customer service.
Functions: Processes payrolls including the ability to process payrolls that require tipped employees, certified payrolls, job cost, and piecework within the designated time frames. Processes, balances, and confirms payroll billing and completes related paperwork. Prepares payroll documents for shipment. Communicates call totals and other payroll-related information. Resolves payroll and billing discrepancies. Assists with monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes.
